Winona Horn Waldo

Winona W. Horn Waldo, 94 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Monday, August 18, 2025 at Saint Marys Regional Medical Center in Russellville, Arkansas. She was born June 9, 1931 in Tilly, Arkansas to John S Horn and Oma Tipton Horn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Waldo; parents; three brothers, Vernice Horn, Harold Horn and J.D. Horn, as well as three sisters, Eula Bucanon, Lela Drewry and Lura Judd.

Winona was a retired dental assistant in California. She enjoyed her retirement years with her husband, Ed, with her family and friends. She was a member of Center Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Russellville.

She is survived by her son, Michael Waldo and wife Joy of Gresham, Oregon and grandson, Skylar Waldo of Gresham, Oregon; two brothers, Doise Horn and wife Carol of Russellville, Donovan Horn of Dover; sister, Yvonne Housley of Tilly, Arkansas. In addition, she leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and numerous other family and friends.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to the care of Russellville Family. Please visit our website, www.russellvillefamilyfuneral.com and share a memory with our family.  There will be a private burial in Owens Cemetery, at a later date.
