I loved Ms Nona... She treated me as her own. She was so kind and showed compassion for everyone.. I am truly blessed by even having the honor to spend time with at her house. Leon Vickie and Rose I just found out about this and I am truly sorry to hear about her passing. But she is now with our Lord and she has that new body and home we are all striving to receive. Love you all

So sorry to hear about Nona. She was so sweet and kind to everyone. I had the pleasure of working with Nona for several years at Child Development. Her compassion for children and families was inspiring. She worked tirelessly in helping families obtain quality childcare services. Nona had a great sense of humor. Nona's office was next to mine, and one day I remember we laughed so hard, we cried. We had fun helping each other surprise our co-workers during Secret Santa week. She was one of a kind. Nona will forever be in my heart.

My memories of Winona focus around her calm demeanor and kindness toward all. She had the perfect combination of characteristics and personality traits with a devotion to early childhood education which supported her exceptional work as a child development professional. Her impact on the many children she cared for and her association with all her staff, friends, and family leaves wonderful memories to be cherished.
