William Kyle Phillips

William Kyle Phillips, 52, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, North Little Rock, AR. He was born October 30, 1963, in Russellville to Bill Phillips and Fern Millsaps Phillips. He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Fern Phillips, Russellville; sister, Dusqua & Kevin Moore; three nieces, Lauren & Sam Hall; Megan & Phil Brick, Molly & Tyler Loop; 6 great nephews. Kyle was a US Navy Veteran of the Gulf War. He was a Russellville High School graduate. There will be a Memorial Service, 2pm, Saturday, September 24, 2016, at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel.
