William "Billy" Parks

William "Billy" Parks, 48 of Lamar, Arkansas, passed away Monday, October 5, 2026 at his home. He was born February 25, 1978 in Russellville, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his father, William Arthur Parks; grandparents, Artie and Shirley Hickey and Luther and Edna Parks.

Billy was employed with Hodges Heavy Duty Truck Parts & Service for over 27 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Hector. Billy enjoyed playing the electric guitar, gaming and outdoor activities, camping, fishing and riding four wheelers with his friends.

He is survived by his ,mother, Myrene Parks; two sisters, Tina Parks Ross, Monica Parks; nephews, Dayton Ross, Jason Ross, Jakai McDaniel, J'zai McDaniel; several aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends.

His memorial visitation will be Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 1-3pm, at Russellville Family Funeral.
