Virginia Ann Chisum, age 74, of Dover, Arkansas, peacefully passed away at her home on December 6, 2025. Born on July 5, 1951, in Harrison, Arkansas, she was the cherished daughter of Leon Moore and Elma Campbell Moore.
Virginia's spirit will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her daughter, Sheila Chisum Vaughn, and her son, Scott Chisum, both of Dover. She was a proud grandmother to four grandchildren: Tesia Chisum Moore (Franklin) of Hector, Chloe Chisum of Russellville, Isaac Chisum of Dover, and Colter Vaughn of Dover, as well as four great-grandchildren. Virginia is also survived by her two devoted sisters, Georgia McPhee of Harrison and Marilyn Watson (Jim) of Deer, along with her brother, Donald Moore (Sue) of Lead Hill.
Preceding her in death are her beloved parents and her brother-in-law, John McPhee.
Virginia was known for her vibrant personality and her passion for gardening and decorating. Her love for flowers brought beauty into her home and the lives of those around her.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during visitation, which will be held from 5 PM to 7 PM on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Russellville Family Funeral.
Funeral service will follow at 1 PM on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Russellville Family Funeral. Rev. Jon Burdine and Rev. Arnold Humphrey will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Campbell, Colten Moore, Franklin Moore, Wesley Watson, James Watson, Colter Vaughn, Issac Chisum and Ethan Lockridge.
Burial following the service will be private for family only.
