Vernon Dean White

Vernon Dean White, 81 of London, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023. He was born March 1, 1942 in Pope County, Arkansas to Fred Jasper White and Icie Malinda Vinson. He was preceded in death by parents; his loving wife, Sharon Johnson White; two brothers, Claude White and Marvin White.

Vernon was very much into antique automobiles.  He was a prior President of the Valley Antique Auto Club.  He owned multiple antique cars, showing them and riding in parades. He lived in California previously. He worked in the River Valley area laying flooring,  before his retirement.  Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his daughter, and grandson, who affectionately called him Papa. 

He is survived by daughter, Jana L. Olson of London; grandson, John M. Olson of London; sister, Janice Brown of Russellville; brother and sister in law, Marvin "Shorty" and Gayle Johnson of London.  

There are no services planned.  Burial was private in East Point Cemetery under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
