Tony L Cleaver, 76 of Atkins, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Atkins Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Atkins, Arkansas. He was born September 15, 1946 in California to W.C. Cleaver and Helen Willis Cleaver.
He is survived by his children one son, Chris Cleaver; one sister Penny Wagner; one brother, Robert Cleaver; host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
