Russell Hovis

William Russell Hovis, 39 of Dover, Arkansas passed away Tuesday June 18, 2024. He was born February 20, 1985 at St. Mary’s hospital in Russellville, Arkansas to Yvonne Skelton Hickey and Allen Hovis. 

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim & Catherine Rector, Robert & Carol Wilson, Billy Don & Betty Hovis. 

Survivors include his daughter’s, Catherine and Lillian Hovis; mother of his children, Deeleslie Hovis; brothers, John Robert and Jackson Hickey; grandparents, William & Lynn Skelton.

There will be a private service held at a later date at St. Paul Methodist church.
