Robert Lee Evans, 69, of Russellville, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at his home. He was the son of Cleo Joseph Evans and Rosetta Baker Evans and was born in Eureka Springs, Arkansas on August 25, 1955. He attended Eureka Springs High School and married Brenda Bolin. He was a member of Victory Assembly of God in Atkins.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Bradley John Evans and Jared Dallas Middleton; two sisters, Shirley Beaver and Edith Ackelson; one brother, Tommy Evans.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Bolin Evans of the home; a son, Noah Lee Evans of the home; a son and daughter in law, Nathan and Amanda Middleton of Russellville; two daughters, Amanda Evans of Pea Ridge and Jennifer McCollum of Russellville; a brother and sister in law, Roger and Debbie Evans of Missouri; seven grandchildren, Seth Trammell, Rebecca Trammell, Adam Trammell, Alexis Bolin, Chloe Middleton, Kaden Middleton, and Jake Middleton; one great-granddaughter, Iris Elizabeth Trammell.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Robert lived a life rooted in faith and selfless service to others. He is now in the presence of the Lord, reunited with loved ones.
Robert shared 34 beautiful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Brenda, with whom he cherished traveling and making memories. Renowned as the finest paintless dent repair technician in the River Valley, Robert could fix anything, earning him the affectionate saying from his grandchildren: "If Poppy can't fix it, no one can!"
A true friend to all, Robert’s kindness and generosity touched countless lives, none more so than his cherished friend Bobby Wilson, whose lifelong friendship brought joy and strength to Robert’s days. Above all, his greatest achievement was his unwavering commitment to Jesus Christ, living as a devoted Christian for 30 years.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel on Thursday, July 10, 2025. Reverend Mike Chisum will officiate. Burial will be private. Dinner will be served at Welcome Hill Assembly of God fellowship hall for family and friends at 4:00 p.m. following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Russellville Family Funeral.
