Patricia Ruth Wachtendorf

Patricia Ruth Wachtendorf, 88, of Russellville, AR, passed away October 1, 2016, at Legacy Heights Nursing Home. She was born March 23, 1928 in Quincy Illinois. She is preceded in death by her parents Hazel & step-father Bill Ortiker, Elmer & step-mother Marion Sigafoose, and her late husband, Alton H. Wachtendorf. She is survived by her two children, Mark & Tammy Wachtendorf, Janet & Steve Butler; one brother, Robert Sigafoose; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren & numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be 11am, Saturday, October 8, 2016, at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Paul Northcut officiating. Burial will be private.
