Nina Gean Wallace, 79 of Dover, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2026 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born December 4, 1946 in Russellville, Arkansas to Robert Lee and Ruby Curtis Sims. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Michael Scott Howard; several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her children, Steve Howard, Carol Foster, Mark Howard, Kelly Howard, significant other, Howard Farmer; numerous grandchildren and other family and friends.
Her graveside funeral service and burial will be 2pm, Friday, April 10, 2026, in Oakland Cemetery in Russellville, under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral. There is no visitation planned.
