Michael Anthony Proctor, 77, of South Gate, California, formerly of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away, July 12, 2023. He was born April 26, 1946, to Raymond Lee and Delena Inez Proctor. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert Proctor and brother, Delbert Proctor.

Michael was an auto mechanic for 60 years. He moved to California in 1967. He loved his family and talked to his sisters frequently. Michael will be laid to rest in Scottsville, where he was born.

He is survived by his son, Michael Proctor, Jr of Oklahoma; granddaughter, Sarah Elizabeth Proctor of Stockbridge, Georgia; siblings, Edna Laymon and husband Bobby, Delena Kay Dunn and husband Billy, Barbara Goree, Danny Proctor, Kristy Proctor as well as several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

His life celebration and burial will be 2pm Saturday, Novemember 18, 2023 at Goates Cemtery in Scottsville, Arkansas with Rev Joy HAnna officiating.
