Martin Wayne Swanson

Martin Wayne Swanson, aged 72, a resident of Russellville, Arkansas, peacefully passed away on Thursday, June27, 2024. He was born on July 19, 1951, in Brainerd, Minnesota to the late Donald and Eileen Swanson.

Martin had a deep appreciation for nature and a love for adventure, often embarking on journeys across the country on his motorcycle. Among his cherished pastimes were golfing and fishing with both friends and family. He also enjoyed engaging in trivia games, particularly excelling and was unbeatable in the realm of geography.

He is remembered with love by his children: Racheal Lund, Tim Swanson, Becky Arndt, and Scott Swanson; as well as by his grandchildren: Sierra Lund, Katrina Lund, Elijah Swanson, Mariah Arndt, Natalia Swanson, Isabel Swanson, Lydia Arndt, Ender Swanson, and the eagerly awaited arrival of Thomas Arndt (due in October). Martin is also survived by his siblings Doug Swanson, Lori Paleafei, and Julia Swanson.
