Marjeana Taylor

Marjeana Y. Taylor, 70, of Pottsville, Arkansas, peacefully passed away at her home on September 18, 2025. She was born on August 4, 1955, in Lakin, Kansas, to Charles Dempsey Rains and Margie McVey Rains.

Marjeana is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronnie Taylor, her mother, Margie Rains, and two brothers and a sister. Her legacy lives on through her loving family, including her son, Allen Engel; her daughter, LaRanda Reed; her father, Charles Dempsey Rains; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, with one more on the way; and her brother, Randy Rains, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.

A talented master seamstress, Marjeana enjoyed reading, shopping, and watching television. Her kindness and creativity touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed.

A graveside service will be held at Pisgah Cemetery in Pottsville at 10 AM on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Arrangements are entrusted to Russellville Family Funeral.
