Lynda Marie Keathley

Lynda Marie Keathley, entered into life, April 3, 1961, the daughter of Benjamin C. Keathley Jr. and Lucy Keathley and William C. Asher Jr. She departed this life, Friday, September 27, 2024. She was a graduate of Conway High School. She relocated from California as a young teen with her family and moved to Russellville in 2001. Lynda was a very talented artist who sketched many beautiful works of art .Lynda was an animal lover, her favorites being dogs. She was a member of ASPCA, the National Humane Society & North Shore Animal League. Not having birth children, Shorty and Molly, her beloved dogs were her babies. Her love and compassion for animals gave her joy, love, fun, hope & laughter. Lynda really loved her Parents and she loved God and kept him as a part of her life.

Lynda loved and was a long time member of Alcoholic Anonymous, at times acquiring years of sobriety. Lynda’s service to AA was on a local and District level serving as General Service Representative, Asst. GSR and District Secretary. The AA Fellowship was true to her heart. Lynda had many friends and loved ones in the rooms of AA. Lynda showed love to everyone she met. Throughout her life she had a deep love for animals, She loved her dogs and your dogs. She was a doggie/pet sitter for many in the community. She will always be remembered for her care and compassion to all that she met. 

She is preceded in death by her parents and pets, Shorty & Molly.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one brother, Tracy (Sandy) Asher, two aunts, Cora Wehsels, Rita Achuff, cousin Kelly Allen all of Sacramento, Ca. Cousins Robert Keathley, Karen Keathley, and Glen Keathley of Little Rock, and other relatives. A host of Beloved AA Family, and other close friends.

Lynda's Life Celebration will be 3pm, Friday, October 4, 2024 at The Home Church, 2427 State Hwy 22, Dardanelle, AR 72834.
