Kathy Lynn Kelley, 53 of Russellville, passed from this life Wednesday, December 31, 2025, in Little Rock. She was born September 16, 1972, in North Little Rock, to Mr. Jimmy Ray Skinner and Brenda Kay Smith. Kathy enjoyed doing various crafting projects, and spending time with her friends and family, and her cat, Shelby. She is preceded in death by dad Keith Paulson.

She is survived by her husband, John Kelly; 3 sons; one brother, Michael Skinner; her mother, Brenda; along with many extended family and friends.
