Jose Jesus Paz-Mares

Jose Jesus Paz-Mares, 69 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville, Arkansas. He was born January 26, 1951 in Tacubaya Penjamo GTO, Mexico to Antonio Paz and Maria Mares. He  was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jesus Antonio Paz; three sisters, Irene Paz, Amalia Paz, Belen Mares.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Irma Paz; two children, Ana Paz, David & wife Mariana Paz; grandchildren, Arazely Paz, Aaron Paz; friend, Nicolas Gonzalez; sisters, Rosa Paz, Juana Paz; brothers, Ruben Paz, Antonio Paz, Gustavo Paz, Rodolfo Paz, Jose Luis Paz, several other family and friends. 

Jesus attended St. Augstine Catholic Church.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed soccer, but mostly spending time with his grandchildren.

His visitation will be 3-4pm, Sunday, July 12 2020 at Russellville Family Funeral.  The visitation is limited to 50 guests at one time, while practicing social distancing.  Face coverings are mandatory, by the state, while inside the funeral home.  

His funeral service will be 11am, Monday, July 13, 2020 at Rest Haven Memorial Park under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
