Jimmy Ray Luningham, 61 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025. He was born June 7, 1963 in Russellville, Arkansas to Ellis Ray Luningham and Linda Beth Price Luningham. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Melphy and Fredie Luningham, William and Thelma Price and numerous aunts and uncles.
Jimmy attended Restoration Church in Russellville. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He was a spiritual member of a local Native American Lodge, participating in the bear dance. Jimmy Ray had a large personality and made everyone laugh.
He is survived by his children, Erica Woolf and husband Randy of Russellville; Brandon Luningham and Suzanne of Arizona, Reagan Jones and husband Chris of Danville; grandchildren, Katelyn Jordan and Braden, RayAnna Woolf, Kamdyn Jones, a great granddaughter on the way, Lindy Kay Jordan; sister, Tammy Burchett and Bob of Pottsville; niece, Tiffany Kilburn and Craig, nephew, A.J. Cody; aunt, Mary Race and husband Tommy; aunt, Newana Duvall, a very special uncle, Fred Albert Luningham; as well as several other family and friends.
His visitation will be 10-11am, Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Russellville Family Funeral, with his funeral service beginning at 11am. Pastor James Findley, Pastor Don McNeely and Rob Dyer will officiate. Burial will follow in Bowden Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of Russellville Family Funeral.
