Jerry Titsworth

Jerry B. Titsworth, 58 of Mt. George, went to his heavenly home Wednesday, April 23, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born July 24, 1966 in Russellville, Arkansas to Gerald and Mary Jane Titsworth.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jane Titsworth and 8 angel grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Amy McClintock Titsworth; two children, Brittany Holt & husband Richard, Tyler Titsworth; one grandson, Eli "Duck" Holt; father, Gerald Titsworth; mother-in-law, Sandra Miller McClintock; three siblings, Melissa Hankins & husband Jerry, Beverly Titsworth, Billy Titsworth; fur babies, Sassy & Smokey; numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

To know Jerry was to love him. Jerry was a family man who was always joking, he never met a stranger. True to his larger-than-life personality, if Jerry was pestering you, it meant he cared for you.

Jerry enjoyed the great outdoors and cooking, but his greatest joy was his grandson, Eli. He was his ride or die. Whether you were a friend or stranger, you knew right away the love he had for his grandson. From showing pictures to telling stories, by the end of the conversation, you felt like you had known Eli his entire life.

His other favorite conversation was his love for the Steelers. Between talking about Bradshaw in the 70's, to his collection of memorabilia, he was a true fan no matter how their season was going.

In the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him, Jerry leaves a void. He is dearly missed and forever remembered by his jokes and loving personality.

His visitation will be 6-8 pm Friday, April 25th, 2025 at Grace Chapel Church. The Funeral service will be 10 am Saturday, April 26th at Grace Chapel Church with Bro. Dennis Vinson and Chris George officiating. Burial will follow in Pisgah cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.

In lieu of flowers the family is graciously accepting donations to help with Jerry's services.

Pallbearers will be Eli Holt, Tyler Titsworth, Billy Titsworth, Behnum Ahrabli, Josh Taylor, Jerry Hankins.

Honorary pallbearers will be Toney Antrim, Russell Bright, Tim Strecker, Kurt Loyd, Ed Loyd, James Smith and Gary "Bud" Hughes.
