Jeffrey Stotler, 71 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, June 28th, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family per his wishes. He was born July 9th 1954 in Long Beach, California.
He was preceded in death by his son, James Williammee Jr who passed away in April 2025. He was also preceded in death by his mother in law Wanda Neiss who passed in August 2025.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Stotler; children, Amanda Stotler, Patricia Williammee, Dustin Williammee, Dominique Stotler, Kara Keyzers-Stotler, Kyle Keyzers-Stotler; grandchildren, Junior, Mia, Anthony, Gabrielle, Dominic, Derek, AmieeLynn, Audrina, CJ; great granddaughter, Brooklyn; Daughter in law, Samei; father in law, Harold Neiss; brothers in law, Michael Neiss (Dawn), Richard Edgar (Cindy); Sisters in law, Carrie Neiss Parker (Tim), Carleen Edgar; and several nieces and nephews.
He worked for several years for the Ocean View school district in Huntington Beach, CA and also Long Beach, CA school district.
Jeffrey enjoyed going to the shooting range and shooting his guns. He was a NASCAR fan and an avid Jeff Gordon supporter. He loved all sports with wheels and racing. Most of all he loved his grandkids and spending time with them. Many memories were made with them at the race track. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
A celebration of life is pending at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
