Jaquita Justine Chase

Jaquita Justine Chase, 31 of Atkins,  passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 at her home.   She was born December 11, 1989  to Robert Patrick and Patricia Heflin Patrick.   

She was preceded in death by her three daughters, Abigail Heflin, Levenah Countryman and  Danielle Collins; her mother, Patricia Patrick.

She is survived by her brother, Justin  & Tammey Patrick of  Atkins and several other family and friends.  

There will be a private family funeral and burial under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
