James L. Keener Sr, 68 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2024. He was born January 28, 1956 in Chardon, Ohio to Orlet Jene and Opal Marie Ludwick Keener. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Orlet Jene Keener, Jr. and Jane Marie Aleshire.

He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, J.J. Keener and Suzie of Russellville, Brian and Jasmine Keener of Republic, Missouri; grandchildren, Alora Keim, Alyssa Keener, Chase Glaspy, Jacob Glaspy, Seth Keener, Aurora Collett, Everett Collett, Gabriella Hodges; great granddaughter, Dallas Keim; two brothers, Art Keener and wife Terry of Mentor, Ohio, Allen Keener and wife Judy of Chardon, Ohio as well as several other family and friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral. There are no services planned at this time.
