Imogene Lowery, 96 of Havana, Arkansas, passed away peacefully, Saturday, June 8, 2024. She was born September 29, 1927 in Havana, Arkansas to Henry and Ruth Robbins Chappell. She was preceded in death by parents; husband, J.W. Lowery; son-in-law, Jerry McDonald; two grandsons, Brock Bowerman, Jason Lowery; three brothers, Herman Chappell, Hoyt Chappell, J.W. Chappell; five sisters, Gerry Murdock, Lillian Mounts, Johnnie Tapp, Marie Brasher and Helen James.

Imogene loved her family and friends. She was so humble and tried to be pleasing to everyone.

She is survived by her children, Linda Bowerman (Ronny Crawford), John Lowery; grandson, Shannon Bowerman (Jill), great grandchildren, Matthew Bowerman and Isaac Bowerman; as well as several other nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Her graveside funeral service and burial will be 1pm, Tuesday, June 11, 2024 in Moore's Chapel Cemetery in Waveland. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
