Dorothy Rowland Foster

Dorothy Rowland Foster, 92 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025. She was born November 1, 1933 to Richard "Bud" Rowland and Thelma Taylor Rowland. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harry Foster; brother, Harold Rowland.

She is survived by her sons, Kelvin Foster and Roland Foster and wife Sherry; grandchildren, Robert Foster, Tiffany Fox, Harrison Foster, Kyle Foster, Gene Foster; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Beverly Harrison, as well as several other family and friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Russellville Family Funeral. There are no services planned.
