Diane Neel Rand, 87 of Russellville, Arkansas, formerly of Wildomar, CA, graduated to Heaven Saturday, May 2, 2020 at her home.  She was born August 25, 1932 in Long Beach, California to John H. and Evelyn Gumball Collins. She was preceded in death by husbands Bill Neel and Jack Rand; daughter, Steffanie Cripps and brother, John H. Collins, Jr.

She is survived by daughters, Sharon McCord, Wildomar, CA; Suzan Miller & husband Mike, Hattieville, AR, Sonja Valerie & husband John, Morro Bay, CA, Shirley Williams, Eastvale, CA, Dr. Sheila Hunt & husband Jim, Russellville, AR. Diane was a loving wife and mother and raised six strong and professional daughters. Grandma RaRa, or Feather to her grandchildren evidenced her love by raising several of them throughout their young lives. Diane was an avid sports fan- from the Lakers to golf to football- she loved them all! As an astute businesswoman, Diane owned several businesses- restaurants, clubs and retail stores in multiple states throughout her life- a true Proverbs 31 woman! Traveling and attending grandchildren’s sporting events as their #1 cheerleader brought her great joy. She loved Father God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We will meet you in Heaven Mom!

A private graveside service will be held at the Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA. The family warmly thanks Russellville Family Funeral for directing all arrangements- you are the BEST Pam and staff.
