Delbert Lee Proctor

Delbert Lee Proctor, 79 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023.  He was born October 14, 1943 in Scottsville, Arkansas to Raymond Lee Proctor and Delena Inez Hamilton. He was preceded in death by parents; nephews, Robert Proctor and Johnathan Hudson.

He is survived by one son, Daniel Proctor and wife Sarah of Georgia and their children, Michael Proctor, Jack Proctor and Rileigh Proctor; daughter, Cindy and her children, Kyleigh, Bradley, Courtney and Katelyn; daughter, Shaleigh and children, Alyssa and Cassie; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Michael Proctor of California, Danny Proctor of Russellville, four sisters, Edna Laymon and husband Bobby of Niganua Missouri, Delena Kay Dunn and husband Bill of Russellville,  Barbara Goree of Russellville, Kristy Proctor of Ozark, as well as a  number of nieces and nephews. 

Funeral service and burial was private under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
