Debra Varner

Debra Sue Johnson Varner passed away on July 3, 2023. Debra was born December 24, 1959, to James Johnson and the late Wanda Sue Johnson. She was preceded in death by her mother and her daughter, Delisha Criswell.

She was a faithful member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church where she served as an usher and sang in the choir. Debra graduated from Russellville High, she was a member of the RHS band and served on the Flag Team. Debra was a beautiful person with a smile that would light up a room, she will be sadly missed.

Debra leaves to cherish her memory, her father James Johnson, two sons, Grover Criswell Jr., and Deion Stewart of Russellville. Brothers James Johnson (Maria) of Houston, Texas, and Michael Johnson of Russellville. Grandchildren, Ja-mya Cooper, Gionna Criswell, Kingstin Criswell, and Major Criswell and numerous relatives and friends.

Memorial service will be held 11AM Saturday July 22, 2023, at Piligrim Rest #1 Missionary Baptist Church 490 Lock and Dam Road, Russellville, Arkansas 72802.
