Brenda Kaye Walters

Brenda Kaye Walters, 55, of Scottsville, Arkansas, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. She was born December 28, 1961, in Russellvillle to Clyde Wiggins and Bobbi Jane Collins. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Debbie Wiggins. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Norman Walters of Scottsville; three children, Bruce Walters and Christina of Atkins, Jon Walters and Samantha of Dover, Allie Hoggatt and Anthony of Atkins; four brothers, Denny Wiggins, Steve Wiggins, Clifford Wiggins and Kenny Wiggins; seven grandchildren, Kurt Rodriguez, Noni Franklin, Eric Walters, Waylon Walters, Brianna Walters, Charli Mae Hoggatt and another one on the way. Visitation will be held 4-6 pm Monday, December 26, 2016 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be 10 am, Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Pleasant Grove Community Church in Dover.
