Bobby Jack Bolden, 82, of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2025, at 14:26 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Russellville, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on June 26, 1943, in Dos Palos, California, to Jack and Clara Bolden.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Billy Bolden; his great-grandson, Nathaniel Castro; and his great-granddaughter, Pearl Owens.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Donna Bolden; his four children: Donna Owens (Rick) , Janice Casey (Bill), Bobby Jack Bolden Jr. (Becky), and Diana Bolden; and by his grandchildren: Chris Owens, Evan Owens (Tiffany), Jessica Castro (Michael), Bobby Jack Bolden III, Jonathan Bolden , Hailey Bolden, Bobby Wayne Bolden (Katie), and Allison Taylor. He also leaves behind 11 great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy in his later years.

Bobby proudly served his country in the United States Army and the Army National Guard, receiving an honorable discharge after five years of service. A talented and dedicated professional, he worked as a welding engineer and retired from Arkansas Nuclear One at the age of 62.

A man of many passions, Bobby enjoyed playing the steel guitar, fishing, gardening, studying the Bible, spending time with his family, and, in his later years, exploring and learning on his computer. He was a great man of God, known for his faith, humility, and the love he showed to everyone around him.

His gentle spirit, steady wisdom, and deep love for those he cherished will be remembered always. His family and friends take comfort knowing he is at peace, reunited with loved ones who went before him.
