Bethany Brown Pierce

Bethany Brown Pierce, 52 of Pottsville, Arkansas, went to her heavenly home, Tuesday, July 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 25, 1973 in Fordyce, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her parents, AJ and Sue (Wilson) Brown; her grandparents; father-in-law, Martin Pierce; two brothers-in-law, Steve "Red" Winston and Wesley Leopard.

Bethany's heart was taking care of children, during her 27 years of helping at Shinn's Preschool in Russellville. She was affectionately known as "BB". Her grandchildren were her life! She loved to take care of them, travel with them and just be there with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Steven Pierce; two sons, Tyler Pierce and wife Chrissy, Isaac Pierce; three grandchildren, Kylee, Liam, Hudson; siblings, Belinda Winston, Jay Brown (Cindy), Beverly Leopard-Willard (Michael), Barbie Parsley (Eddie); mother-in-law, Cherie Pierce; sister-in-law, Jessica Hylton, as well as several other family and friends.

Her visitation will be 5-7pm, Friday, July 17, 2026 at Russellville Family Funeral. Her funeral service will be 10am, Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Russellville Family Funeral. Pastor Chris Abington will officiate. Burial will follow at 3pm, in Black Cemetery in Cleveland County.

Pallbearers will be her nephews, Rodney, Rusty, Charlie, Corey, Jared and Spencer.
