Benny Eugene Oberley, 86 of Dover, Arkansas, passed away Monday, September 15, 2025. He was born October 30, 1938 in Vandale, Arkansas to John Oberley and Viola Spencer Oberley. He was preceded in death by parents.

He is survived by his sister, Patricia Freeman of Dover, stepson Danny Spain and wife Mary Kay of Oak Island, North Carolina; step-grandson, Brandon Spain and wife Sandy, of Vicksburg MS, step-granddaughter, Amy Scott and husband John, of Oak Island, North Carolina and nephew, Darrel John Kelly of Coriscana, Texas.

His graveside funeral service and burial will be 1:00pm, Thursday, October 30, 2025, in Akin Cemetery, between Pleasant Hill, Arkansas and Vanndale, Arkansas.
