Amy Tucker Ballantine, 42 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2020. She was born January 14, 1978 in Russellville, Arkansas to John Paul and Fern Womack Tucker.
She was preceded in death by her husband Brent Ballantine and her grandparents.
She is survived by her two sons, Tucker Ryan Ballantine, Chance Tyler Ballantine; her fiance, Cary Reddell, his daughter, Carley Reddell, his parents, Gary and Marlena Reddell; parents, John Paul and Fern Tucker; sister, Alicia DeFrancisco and husband David; nephews, Kyle DeFrancisco & Heather, Craig DeFrancisco; great-nephew, Colt DeFrancisco; former in laws, Rich and Martha Ballantine; her four legged companion, Nash and numerous other family and friends.
Amy had a heart of gold. She worried more about others than herself. She would give the shirt off her back, even if it was the only one she had. Words can not describe the compassion she had towards others. Amy loved God and her family. In her younger years, horse showing was her passion.

My thoughts and prayers for comfort to all the family. Amy's heart and soul was so beautiful and loving. She brought me a lot of joy during our horse show era. Life was a bit extra tough for her and she worked so hard to power through it.

I remember Amy taking me to my first rodeo. I never thought I would enjoy it as much as I did. Prayers to the family. Everytime I would see Amys mom Fern she was just a sweetheart and would always have that one of a kind smile like Amy did. My heart breaks. It has been a hard year on a lot of us. So sorry to hear about this. Prayers for all of you!!! Heaven gained a beautiful angel thats for sure!!

Fern and Family - You are on my mind and heart. I lost my daughter in January. I know what a difficult time this must be for you and your family.. I believe losing a child is the hardest thing I have ever dealt with. My prayers are with you as you move forward without your sweet girl. May God provide a peace and comfort in your heart in the days ahead.

I'm so sorry for the loss in this wonderful family. I will not ever forget horseshowing with Amy, Alicia and Mr. and Mrs. John Paul and Fern Tucker. One time after church I remember my family and the Tuckers ended up at the old Sav-A-Sum grocery store in Atkins and Amy, standing out in front of store sang Elvira! It was so cute she was just a little girl...I will cherish the memories of Amy and her family forever! May God Bless and keep them all strong during this difficult time
