Allan Lee Nicholson

Allan Lee Nicholson, 58 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020 at his home in Russellville, Arkansas.  He was born October 10, 1961 in Omaha, Nebraska to Allan and Earlene Nicholson.

 He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Jon Marie Nicholson. 

He is survived by his life partner, Susan Kemp; daughter, Ginger Bourquin & Brett of Bentonville; son, Allan Nicholson III of Russellville; three grandsons, Ayden, Gage, Xander Bourquin; sister, Donna Cardwell and Sonny of Florida; brother, William Nicholson of New York and several other friends and family. 

Allan started his welding career in his early 20s and continued throughout his lifetime up until a few weeks prior to his passing. He hardly met a stray animal that he didn’t try to help with food or shelter. His family is sure that he was greeted by his beloved dog Weasel and countless others upon his passing. He was a friend to strangers and even when he had little he tried to help others with less. If you knew him, you knew him. He is and will always be greatly missed. 

A private memorial will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
